Built on a lush 40-acre property, this 8,000 square foot residence was designed by ATMOSPHERE DESIGN to fulfill the client’s desire to create not a house, but a home. Although the scale is large, the design team created a structure that contrasted traditional formality with applications of natural materials that captured a tranquility that the client sought. With its woodland setting and streams bordering the property, the design works in harmony with the site, inside and out. The project GC was John Dwyer Construction.
